Just because Kansas beat Nebraska doesn't mean anything..I don't care if it was the 1st time in 30 some years. OU or Mussou will drop em.
Against the teams they have played Nebraska still has the name Nebraska and all the tradition to go with it and no one else has put 76 on a traditional power. That is why it was a statement game for them to destroy a conference opponent that has traditionally used them as a doormat. Same would be true if DUKE were to be undefeated right now and did that to Miami or FSU.

...And if you ain't down with that, I got 2 words for ya....
the Kansas win is a statement for the program but carries little weight nationally beacuse of the terrible season NU is having but because nebraska is a traditional power and the name means a lot in the Big 12 like beast said it means a lot to KU
I realize that..but it means nothing to much anyone else.
...And if you ain't down with that, I got 2 words for ya....
yeah outside of the big 12 it means almost nothing
I've watched most of their last 2 games..and KU is an average team beating the bottom of the big 12 barrel.
...And if you ain't down with that, I got 2 words for ya....
they are vastly improved over past KU teams I dont think but are not as good as they think they are, when they play Oklahoma we will see
Any winning KU team is vastly improved over what they normally have. But mentioning national title and KU in the same breath is hilarious. IMO Missou is as good as OU...but they didn't beat OU.

I have never said anything about KU and national championship. I was saying that in terms of conference and their main recruiting base that was a statement game. I don't know if they have anything for mizzou or ou but at least they are gonna have a chance to decide that on the field.

LSU vs. Oregon. Considering scheduling, coaching, and talent these are the 2 best teams in college football. LSU has played 5 top 25 teams. The Ducks have played Mich, Cal, Ariz. St., USC. They are both equally explosive. Would be a great game. Either one of these teams would destroy Ohio State.
